Product and raw material content: This olive oil is produced from our in Datça grown organic Gemlik olives, cold pressed. Classification: Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oil with high polyphenol (ie acidity, the oleic acid is less than 0,8 %).
Usage: Intense bouquet, a slight bitterness, stronger in taste compared to other olive oils. Can be consumed for breakfast, in salads, as raw food, also convenient for adding to cooked dishes. Suitable for people who enjoy a strong intensive olive oil taste.
